Richemont seeks an HR Intern in Buttes, Switzerland to support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration for the People & Culture team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the People & Culture team with end-to-end recruitment administration: posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding and induction activities for new hires, including documentation, access provisioning and orientation logistics.
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection requirements.
- Assist with HR-administration tasks such as preparing contracts, employment letters and routine correspondence under HR supervision.
- Contribute to HR projects and reporting: compile basic HR metrics, prepare presentations and support process-improvement initiatives.
- Organise training logistics and communication for internal learning programs and workshops.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and act as a professional point of contact for employees on routine HR enquiries.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of discretion and respect for confidentiality and data protection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in French is strongly preferred given the location; professional English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Entry-level; 0–1 year of related experience. Prior internship or work experience in an HR or administrative function is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a closely related field.
