Richemont HR Intern position in Amsterdam. Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and people operations in the luxury sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job posting management and candidate screening
- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and administrative HR tasks
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications projects
- Maintain HR databases and records while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Shadow senior HR professionals to understand strategic people management practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in talent management and organizational development
- Strong organizational and communication skills

No prior professional experience required; academic background in HR, business, or related disciplines is preferred.
Education
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent discipline.
