Richemont seeks an HR Generalist Intern in Scandicci, Italy. Support recruitment, administration, training, and strategic HR projects within a luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires
- Manage personnel administration including employee contracts, hiring documentation, terminations, and variations
- Maintain HR databases and personal employee files with precision and accuracy
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and analytical documentation
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, monitoring attendance and managing logistics
- Contribute to creation of training materials and internal communication content
- Support employer branding and corporate culture initiatives through drafting communications and PowerPoint presentations
- Participate in HR projects including climate analysis, HR policy development, and digitalization of processes
- Conduct research on HR best practices within the luxury sector
- Create purchase orders in SAP and collect vendor documentation for master data management
Qualifications
- Currently graduating or recent graduate in humanities, economics, law, or related disciplines
- Specialization in Human Resources preferred
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders including candidates, suppliers, and managers
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Empathy and conscientiousness
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; academic background in HR or related field preferred. Interest in the luxury sector is essential.
Education
Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics, law, or related disciplines; specialization in Human Resources is preferred. Candidate must be graduating or recently graduated.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Scandicci, Tuscany, Italy, with easy access to Florence.
