Richemont seeks an HR Executive in Taipei to lead recruitment, employee relations and HR operations for its local teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for local operations, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, conduct interviews and close offers.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance, accuracy of employment records and a consistent employee experience.
  • Provide employee relations advice and case management, acting as a local point of contact for managers and staff while preserving confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • Administer HR policies, local employment contracts and statutory requirements in Taiwan; liaise with legal or regional HR for complex matters.
  • Maintain and optimise HRIS data, produce regular HR reporting and metrics to inform workforce planning and management decisions.
  • Support performance management, learning initiatives and internal mobility programmes in coordination with regional People teams.
  • Contribute to compensation and benefits administration, headcount control and HR projects delivered with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD or local equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational, luxury retail, fashion or professional services environment.
  • Practical knowledge of Taiwan labour law and statutory HR procedures, with a track record of ensuring local compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to advise managers and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR reporting; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience

At least 3 years of hands‑on HR experience supporting business managers, with demonstrable exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HRIS administration and local statutory compliance; prior experience in luxury retail or a multinational environment is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; HR professional certification is advantageous.
