Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead HR vision and strategy for the Southeast Region, providing full-cycle HR support across 200+ luxury retail boutiques and regional leadership
  • Coach and guide regional leadership teams on people development, business growth strategies, and organizational transformation
  • Oversee talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment strategy alignment with Cartier's values, hiring manager coaching, and internal talent pipeline development
  • Direct performance management strategy in accordance with Richemont North America guidelines, managing performance issues and fostering individual and team growth
  • Facilitate career and succession planning processes, conducting talent reviews and developing regional talent strategies aligned with business needs
  • Manage compensation planning and salary review cycles for the region, developing appropriate compensation strategies based on business objectives and individual performance
  • Spearhead employee engagement and retention initiatives, implementing programs designed to build engagement and reduce turnover
  • Partner with Learning and Development to create quarterly people plans and learning roadmaps addressing current and future organizational needs
  • Lead retail transformation efforts, managing organizational dynamics, change management, role clarification, and integration of new competencies
  • Oversee headcount management and coordinate with Finance on regional budgeting and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and Richemont governance in all HR matters, including investigations and employee relations resolution

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10–13 years of progressive HR management experience, including expertise in talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
  • Proven managerial experience with demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire remote teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or Master's Degree preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with U.S. employment law and compliance
  • Experience in luxury retail or hospitality sectors is highly valued
  • Proven change management and business transformation experience
  • Strong executive coaching skills, with experience developing mid to senior-level leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining agility and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consulting capabilities, with strong influencing and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • Advanced data interpretation and analytical skills; proficiency with HR metrics and reporting
