Richemont seeks an HR Director in Miami to lead regional HR strategy for the Southeast, overseeing talent, employee relations and people programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement regional HR strategy for the Southeastern United States, aligned with global Richemont people objectives and the needs of local maisons and retail networks.
  • Act as senior HR business partner to regional leadership, providing counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management and succession planning.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a small team of HR business partners and generalists supporting boutiques, field operations and regional corporate functions.
  • Design and oversee talent acquisition, retention and employer branding initiatives tailored to luxury retail and boutique environments in the region.
  • Own employee relations and ensure compliance with federal and state employment law across the Southeast, partnering with legal and corporate HR as required.
  • Drive compensation and benefits practices locally, supporting implementation of global frameworks and recommending market adjustments where appropriate.
  • Lead change management for regional projects (store openings/closings, restructurings, integration of new business initiatives) and coordinate with central teams.
  • Implement people‑analytics and KPIs to measure HR impact, identify risks, and inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or senior HR certification (SHRM‑SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Proven track record as an HR leader with responsibility for a multi‑state or regional remit; experience in luxury retail, consumer goods or hospitality strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of US employment law and best practices across multiple states in the Southeast.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR business partners, driving organizational change and partnering with senior commercial leaders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business results and retail KPIs.

Experience
