Richemont seeks an HR Data Analyst Intern in Paris to support human resources analytics and reporting initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze human resources datasets to identify patterns and trends in workforce metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key HR performance indicators
- Support the design and execution of HR analytics projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Prepare recommendations based on data analysis to inform talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies
- Document methodologies, data sources, and analytical processes for team knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in business analytics, data science, human resources, statistics, or related quantitative discipline
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong aptitude for SQL or other database query languages
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in French and English

Limited or no formal professional experience required; internship or academic project experience in data analysis is valued.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, human resources, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a closely related field.
