Role & Responsibilities
- Process and manage employee records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data integrity across systems
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management
- Organize and coordinate HR events, training programs, and team-building activities
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in human resources administration, recruitment support, or a similar HR-focused role in a corporate or luxury retail environment. Experience in a multinational organization is preferred.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
