Richemont seeks an HR Coordinator Intern for a 6-month internship in Bellevue, Switzerland. Support HR operations, payroll, and employee onboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage internship agreements (conventions de stage), contract amendments, and HR correspondence, ensuring data accuracy for intern population and specific perimeters
- Support communication of contractual changes (entries, exits, mobility) to the Payroll Department
- Participate in monthly payroll checks and review payroll variables and life events in collaboration with the payroll team
- Draft and monitor work and internship certificates
- Provide daily administrative support to HR Coordinators and Human Resources Business Partners on their various activities
- Help coordinate and run integration days for new employees and interns, liaising with Hospitality, Security, and IT departments
- Contribute to HR projects including onboarding enhancement, process simplification, and digitalization of files
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Eligible for an internship agreement with your school or university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Positive and proactive attitude
