Richemont seeks a temporary HR Coordinator in Fort Worth: support HR administration, recruitment and onboarding for a luxury goods maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and personnel file maintenance.
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics: schedule interviews, liaise with hiring managers, communicate with candidates and track status in the applicant process.
  • Enter and maintain accurate HR data in internal systems; generate routine HR reports and metrics for People partners and management.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by preparing documentation, verifying timesheets and escalating discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and local employment regulations; handle confidential employee information with discretion.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and basic training logistics; assist in ad hoc HR projects and process-improvement initiatives for the People team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment or People operations, preferably within retail, luxury or corporate environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS platforms preferred but not required.
