Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate compensation delivery across all employee categories
- Develop and monitor HR budgets, including recruitment, training, and compensation expenses
- Conduct financial analysis of HR initiatives and report on cost-to-benefit ratios
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements in the UAE and broader region
- Prepare comprehensive HR financial reports and dashboards for senior management
- Partner with regional Finance and HR leadership to optimise workforce costs without compromising talent acquisition and retention
- Manage HR systems and financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in HR finance, payroll, or HR controlling
- Strong understanding of labour law and regulatory compliance, particularly in the UAE and Gulf region
- Proficiency in financial analysis and business acumen
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial modelling
- Ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Skills
Experience
3–5 years in HR finance, payroll administration, or HR controlling roles, with demonstrated success managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance. Experience in a multinational or luxury goods environment is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is preferred.
