HR Controlling Manager – Richemont, Hong Kong. Lead HR financial strategy and cost management for a global luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee HR financial planning and budgeting processes across the Asia-Pacific region
- Manage HR departmental costs and ensure alignment with corporate financial objectives
- Develop and implement HR financial controls and reporting systems
- Conduct variance analysis on HR expenditures and provide recommendations for optimization
- Liaise between HR operations and finance to ensure accurate cost allocation and forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for HR initiatives and personnel-related expenses
