HR Controlling Manager at Richemont, Hong Kong SAR. Drive workforce planning and manpower cost analysis for Northeast Asia region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive workforce analysis, identify trends in manpower cost development, and provide strategic recommendations to HR Business Partners and business leaders
- Translate people movements and HR initiatives into clear financial implications, delivering precise and timely manpower budget reports to the Finance team
- Monitor and track manpower cost development against operational requirements and approved budgets, offering proactive guidance to resolve potential cost planning issues
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure accurate and timely documentation of all headcount movements and job requisitions within HR systems and planning records
- Work closely with Regional Cost Planning teams to standardize processes and templates across the organization
- Analyse HR data and compile insightful workforce planning performance metrics for senior leaders' strategic decision-making
- Support HR Business Partners with FTE scenario analysis to address evolving business needs and strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present regional HR KPI reports with actionable insights
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects to continuously improve HR processes, data capabilities, and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, costing, financial analysis, or business analytics
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong data acumen
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage projects under tight deadlines, and solve complex problems independently
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, financial analysis, costing, or business analytics roles, with demonstrated expertise in translating HR data into financial implications and developing manpower cost plans.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field.
