A. Lange & Söhne seeks an HR Controlling Intern in Glashütte, Germany for a 6-month full-time position supporting HR reporting and data analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation and maintenance of regular HR reports regarding headcount, FTE, absences, and personnel costs
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and analysis queries
- Ensure data quality and integrity within HR systems including SAP, Workday, and Interflex
- Assist with administrative tasks and data processing within HR Controlling
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Business Administration, or comparable field with focus on statistics and econometrics
- Interest in HR processes, data analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis software such as VBA, Power Query, Power BI, Google Looker, R, Stata, EViews, or SQL
- Fluent German and English language skills both written and verbal
- Highly trustworthy with strong responsibility regarding personal data handling
