Richemont HR Controlling Intern in Glashütte. Support financial planning, budgeting, and HR reporting in a luxury goods conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of HR department budgets and forecasts
- Support the analysis of HR-related costs and headcount planning
- Compile and prepare HR financial reports and key performance indicators for management review
- Participate in HR projects with a focus on financial and operational efficiency
- Coordinate data collection and reporting across HR business units
- Support reconciliation of HR expenditures and budget variances
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree programme (Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or related field)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in spreadsheet applications
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

No specific prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with HR processes, financial planning, or controlling functions is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management, Business Economics, or a closely related discipline.
