Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of HR department budgets and forecasts
  • Support the analysis of HR-related costs and headcount planning
  • Compile and prepare HR financial reports and key performance indicators for management review
  • Participate in HR projects with a focus on financial and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate data collection and reporting across HR business units
  • Support reconciliation of HR expenditures and budget variances

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree programme (Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or related field)

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
