HR Campus Coordinator internship at Richemont's jewelry maison in Paris; 6-month role beginning January 2027 supporting talent acquisition, HRBP functions, and internship programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support HRBP functions across retail boutique assistant population (40 collaborators) including career path construction, succession planning updates, integration monitoring, and career committee organization
  • Serve as HR point of contact for office interns and apprentices (20 collaborators), managing integration, conducting regular talent assessments, maintaining tutor and management alignment, and facilitating community engagement events
  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment process including Retail Talent Days event organization, job announcement creation, CV screening, phone pre-screenings, interview coordination, and final candidate selection
  • Handle administrative SIRH functions for intern and apprentice onboarding, budget tracking for apprenticeship tuition invoicing, and candidate database management
  • Develop and optimize intern integration pathways, conduct regular tutor and management reviews, enhance candidate tracking tools, and source profiles through social media networks
  • Coordinate employer branding initiatives, school partnership events, and ad hoc HR projects in collaboration with HRBPs and management
  • Update and maintain HR transition documentation annually and conduct research studies on HR market trends

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent program
  • Minimum 6 months of significant HR experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with service-oriented mindset
  • Strong team collaboration and proactive approach
  • Rigorous organizational abilities with strong priority management
