Van Cleef & Arpels seeks HR Business Partner in Paris, France. Manage 100+ employee scope, deploy HR strategy, drive recruitment and development initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and execute HR strategy and policies aligned with House values, culture, and Group priorities across a circa 100-person perimeter
- Orchestrate key HR moments including performance reviews (My Performance), salary reviews, calibration committees, and Group/House deadlines
- Pilot and oversee recruitment planning, employee onboarding, training programmes, and career committees
- Develop and manage the Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) budget for assigned scope and monitor expenditure throughout the fiscal year
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects in collaboration with House and Group stakeholders, ensuring process optimization and change management
- Deploy and track retail 'Vis Ma Vie' (job shadowing) campaigns across the France market
- Manage the complete HR lifecycle of assigned employees: hiring through contract termination and administration
- Conduct regular engagement sessions and listening forums with employees, including frequent retail location visits
- Ensure compliance with French labour law and employment regulations; anticipate and mitigate legal impacts
- Collaborate with Richemont France HR teams (Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, HR Administration, Payroll)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR function with solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Proven ability to understand operational needs and translate them into concrete, business-aligned solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with demonstrated capacity to build durable trust relationships with managers and employees
- Strong evidence of curiosity, agility, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent English proficiency, essential in an international context
- Willingness to undertake regular travel between Cannes and Monaco
