HR Assistant position at Richemont in Hong Kong SAR, supporting payroll, onboarding, and HR data management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute complex onboarding and offboarding processes, including enhanced vetting and severance payment calculations with accuracy and timeliness
- Address and resolve HR queries from internal and external stakeholders by providing detailed policy and procedure information, escalating complex issues as needed
- Support internal client relationship management through development of effective working relations
- Input, verify, and reconcile payroll data; prepare payroll for bank submission and generate payroll reports
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data through systematic data entry into HR information systems
- Conduct analyses of HR data to identify trends and contribute to insights that enhance employee engagement and business performance
- Organize and maintain comprehensive files and documentation for senior colleagues
- Draft routine correspondence, memoranda, and reports using standard office software
- Provide guidance and informal coaching to less experienced team members
- Participate in professional development activities and formal and informal training to maintain technical excellence
- Develop thorough understanding of organizational policies, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct relevant to the role
Qualifications
- Upper Secondary School education or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience with straightforward procedures and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in standard office software and HR information systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
