Richemont is hiring an HR Assistant in Dubai to support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative functions within its Human Resources department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation and administrative tasks
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour regulations
- Coordinate HR events, training programmes, and employee engagement initiatives
- Process payroll documentation, benefits applications, and leave requests
- Provide administrative support to HR team members and respond to employee inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
