Richemont Paris: HR Assistant & Campus Talent Acquisition Intern role managing recruitment and development of young talent across luxury Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute campus recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices across all Richemont France Maisons, including Van Cleef & Arpels and Montblanc
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Organize and animate recruitment events and campus hiring days
- Serve as primary HR point of contact for interns and apprentices from onboarding through program completion
- Monitor campus population progress with mid-program and end-of-program assessments
- Coordinate and deliver internal events (Maison discovery sessions, CV workshops, team socials, etc.)
- Support campus strategy development and contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Create content for internal and external communications
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or University, ideally with HR specialization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Autonomous, dynamic, and creative mindset
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail
- Fluent English proficiency
Skills
Experience
Recent or current graduate student with an educational focus on human resources or business administration; internship or project experience in recruitment, talent management, or HR support preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university, with specialization in Human Resources preferred.
