Cartier internship for AI HR projects in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Design HR agents and develop an AI tutor for digital learning platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy HR agents in collaboration with HR experts to identify optimization opportunities and streamline processes
- Test, iterate, and manage the production rollout of agents on internal platforms, ensuring comprehensive technical and functional documentation
- Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of deployed agents, proposing continuous improvements based on performance data
- Actively participate in the conception and development of an AI tutor integrated into the digital learning platform
- Define features, content, and user interface specifications for the AI tutor in collaboration with training and technical teams
- Support the technical integration and deployment of the AI tutor across the organization
- Collaborate with digital and training teams to deploy the digital learning platform
- Deliver personalized, interactive user experiences by identifying specific employee learning and skill development needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in progress or completed in Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics
- Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI (LLM, RAG, Agents, prompt engineering)
- Proficiency with Google Generative AI libraries and frameworks
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Demonstrated passion for artificial intelligence and its professional applications in HR
- Interest in luxury business and innovation environments

Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics with demonstrated interest in practical AI applications within human resources and organizational settings.
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics (in progress or completed).
Workplace
