Richemont — HR Administrator (12-month fixed-term contract) in London. Join Richemont's HR team to manage onboarding, employee records and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage core HR administration including employee records, contract documentation, personnel file maintenance and data updates in the HRIS.
- Coordinate full-cycle onboarding and offboarding: prepare contracts, run induction schedules, complete pre-employment checks and manage exit formalities.
- Act as primary point of contact for employee queries on HR processes, benefits, absence management and policies, escalating complex issues to HR Business Partners.
- Liaise with payroll, benefits providers and external service providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of pay, statutory notices and benefits administration.
- Maintain compliance with UK employment legislation and data protection requirements (GDPR); support audits and prepare HR documentation for internal reviews.
- Produce routine HR reporting and metrics (headcount, starters/leavers, absence) and support ad-hoc reporting requests for stakeholders.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including process documentation and system configuration changes where required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR administration or equivalent role, ideally within a corporate or luxury goods environment.
- Solid working knowledge of UK employment law, right-to-work checks and GDPR obligations.
- Demonstrable experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and maintaining confidential employee records.
- Proven ability to work with payroll teams and external vendors to ensure accurate HR service delivery.
- Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on HR administration experience; prior exposure to corporate or luxury retail environments and familiarity with UK employment legislation is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; CIPD qualification (Level 3) or ongoing study is desirable but not mandatory.
