Richemont seeks an HR Administration Specialist in Paris for a fixed-term contract from September to January. Support the HR team with personnel administration and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage employee records and personnel files in compliance with French labour law
- Process payroll documentation and ensure accurate submission to external payroll providers
- Coordinate recruitment administration including documentation, onboarding, and employee records setup
- Administer employee benefits, contracts, and statutory compliance requirements
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on routine employee enquiries and documentation
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of French labour law and HR administration procedures
- Proficiency with HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential personnel information with discretion
Skills
Experience
Experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role, preferably within a multinational or regulated environment. Familiarity with French employment regulations is essential.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; training in HR administration or business administration is advantageous.
