Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update confidential employee records and HR databases with accuracy and compliance to data-protection requirements.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes including contract preparation, induction scheduling, equipment provisioning and exit formalities.
  • Administer employment contracts, amendments, secondments and fixed-term agreements in coordination with HR Business Partners and Legal.
  • Serve as the operational liaison with payroll providers and benefits vendors to ensure correct pay, social contributions and benefit enrolments.
  • Manage leave, attendance and absence records and produce routine HR reports and headcount data for HR and Finance stakeholders.
  • Support local compliance with Swiss employment law and internal policies, preparing documentation for audits and immigration/work-permit procedures where applicable.
  • Coordinate training logistics and internal communications for HR initiatives; act as first point of contact for employee queries on HR administrative matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR administration experience, preferably within a multinational or luxury goods environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration processes: onboarding, personnel files, payroll interface, and statutory record-keeping.
  • Professional proficiency in English; working knowledge of French is highly desirable given the Meyrin/Geneva location.
  • High degree of discretion, confidentiality and professional judgement when handling sensitive personnel matters.

Experience
