Role & Responsibilities

  • Support front-office and guest-relation activities, including welcoming visitors, check-in/check-out processes and concierge assistance under supervision.
  • Assist with reservations, bookings and event logistics; coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide administrative support: manage correspondence, maintain guest records, and prepare daily reports.
  • Shadow and learn standard operating procedures across reception, concierge, and guest services; complete assigned training modules and assessments.
  • Contribute to quality-control and presentation standards across public areas, working closely with housekeeping and operations teams.
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests, escalating complex issues to senior staff while maintaining high service standards.
  • Participate in team briefings, handovers and continuous-improvement initiatives to refine guest journeys.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed vocational training or tertiary study in hospitality, tourism, events management or a related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a visible service orientation and professional demeanour.
  • Strong organisational capability and attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities in a live environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by hospitality operations.
  • Comfortable working within international, multi-disciplinary teams and following prescribed SOPs.
  • Willingness to undertake formal on-the-job training and complete assigned learning objectives.
