Richemont Hospitality Manager in Tokyo – Lead luxury workplace services, F&B operations, and multi-site facilities across our international portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a hospitality program and services roll-out aligned with Richemont standards
  • Deliver high-level reception, events, F&B, and concierge services while proactively identifying and addressing operational challenges
  • Manage all Food & Beverage services including cafeteria, catering, coffee corners, and VIP support, encompassing budget management and strategy
  • Provide ongoing support to Maisons to enhance workplace experience and maintain elevated service standards
  • Manage service providers across the portfolio through Integrated Facility Management (IFM) to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Coordinate conference center bookings, set-up, VIP demands, F&B services and activations
  • Create and develop a comprehensive concierge services offer for all sites
  • Manage stock and inventories within scope of responsibility
  • Lead digitalization and automation initiatives for offices and hospitality experiences such as Visitor Management systems
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs and implement continuous improvement processes
  • Develop and monitor operating budgets with focus on performance and synergies
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all operations, including sustainability requirements
  • Manage purchase orders and invoicing follow-up

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school, hospitality school, or equivalent
  • Specialization in hotel industry, hospitality, or luxury retail
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in hotel or service office management, ideally in the luxury industry
  • Proven experience managing multi-site portfolios in an international environment
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a strong asset

Experience

5 to 8 years of experience in hotel or service office management, ideally within the luxury industry. Demonstrated expertise managing multi-site portfolios in international environments, with a track record of delivering high-level hospitality services and operational excellence.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school, hospitality school, or equivalent qualification. Specialization in hotel industry, hospitality, or luxury retail is mandatory.
