Richemont Hospitality Manager position in Paris: oversee luxury guest services, F&B operations, and facilities management across premium portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level hospitality services across all facilities, including reception, events, and food & beverage offerings, aligned with Richemont's luxury standards
  • Oversee comprehensive food & beverage operations including restaurants, bistro cafés, VIP salons, and coffee corners, managing budgets, strategy, and seamless execution
  • Manage service providers and integrated facility management (IFM) functions to identify synergies and ensure service quality
  • Coordinate conference center bookings, setup, VIP requirements, food & beverage services, and workplace activations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize site operations and budget performance
  • Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets with emphasis on performance metrics and cost synergies
  • Lead digitalization and automation initiatives for office and hospitality infrastructure
  • Maintain on-site and virtual concierge services across all locations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability requirements across all operations
  • Create purchase orders and manage invoicing for assigned scope of responsibility
  • Promote internal collaboration and communication across Maisons and Richemont divisions
  • Organize VIP committees and coordinate with executive leadership to ensure seamless event planning
  • Develop and structure the Workplace & Hospitality team to reflect organizational pillars

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school, hospitality school, or equivalent institution
  • Specialization in hotel industry, hospitality management, or luxury retail is mandatory
  • Proven experience managing multi-site portfolios in an international environment
  • Fluent English required; additional languages highly valued
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in hotel or service office management, ideally within the luxury sector
