Richemont in Meyrin, Switzerland seeks a Hospitality Intern to support guest experience, events and front‑office operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support front‑desk and guest relations activities, ensuring a seamless welcome and high standards of service for visitors and VIPs.
  • Assist with the coordination and on‑site execution of corporate and client events, including logistics, supplier liaison and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Manage reservations, rooming lists and meeting logistics for internal and external guests; maintain accurate guest records and briefings.
  • Prepare administrative deliverables such as itineraries, welcome packs, reports and presentation materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal maisons, security, facilities and external vendors to guarantee operational readiness and brand‑appropriate service.
  • Shadow senior hospitality staff to learn VIP protocol, clienteling techniques and guest escalation procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of front‑of‑house processes and guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, hotel management, tourism, events management or business programme.
  • Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, service‑oriented attitude.
  • Strong organisational aptitude and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Discretion and understanding of VIP/client confidentiality and protocol.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Experience
