Richemont is hiring a Hospitality Client Manager in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland to manage VIP hospitality, client events and bespoke experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver bespoke hospitality programmes and VIP experiences for high-net-worth clients, collectors and trade partners.
- Manage and coordinate client visits, private viewings, salon appointments and exclusive events at corporate and maison venues.
- Collaborate with boutique teams, marketing, product and after-sales departments to ensure seamless client journeys and brand-consistent presentation.
- Maintain and update client records, preferences and post-visit follow-up through CRM processes; track feedback and measure satisfaction.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and suppliers (catering, transport, security) and manage hospitality budgets and logistics.
- Train and mentor frontline staff on hospitality protocols, clienteling techniques and privacy/discretion standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth and VIP clientele with absolute discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills; polished professional presence appropriate for luxury maisons.
- Strong organisational aptitude with experience coordinating complex events and multi-stakeholder logistics.
- Highly developed cultural sensitivity, diplomacy and problem-solving under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours for events, evening receptions and occasional travel.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, client services, private events or high-end retail clienteling, preferably within watches, jewellery or luxury consumer goods.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications or equivalent professional experience in luxury client services.
