Cartier seeks a Hospitality & VIP Experiences Manager in Paris to orchestrate exclusive global events and elevate brand hospitality. Full-time luxury role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive planning, design, and execution of exclusive VIP experiences and international events (lunches, cocktails, bespoke activations), ensuring flawless guest journeys from invitation through post-event follow-up, including creative briefs, agency selection, budget management, and commercial alignment
  • Drive artistic and thematic direction for all major global events, encompassing gastronomy coordination (chef selection, menu validation), table artistry (décor, florals), and bespoke artistic programming (talent sourcing, choreography, sound design)
  • Develop and curate central Experience Catalogs (Savoir-Faire and Heritage experiences), implementing ultra-personalization strategies in collaboration with CRM and Sales teams, including tailored gifting and concierge services
  • Head structural development of global hospitality projects and experiential content in partnership with internal teams and specialized partners
  • Elevate retail customer experience by leading guest experience programs, training retail teams on hospitality standards, and integrating compelling brand narratives
  • Manage the Global Hospitality Playbook, developing guidelines for various occasions, overseeing branded hospitality items, conducting budget analyses, and tracking performance metrics
  • Direct, inspire, and manage a dedicated team of professionals, setting clear objectives, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment
  • Elaborate international strategic guidelines for regional deployment, develop a worldwide supplier directory and market toolboxes, and ensure brand image homogeneity across markets
  • Create and pilot a global reporting tool for local initiatives and produce quarterly internal newsletters on experiences and events
  • Actively participate in international High Jewelry itinerancy, supervising on-site execution to ensure alignment with headquarters standards and identifying emerging trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest experience, or client relations within a prestigious Maison or hotel renowned for service excellence
  • Deep knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, client treatment protocols, and demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and craft memorable, thoughtful experiences
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, including budget oversight, timeline management, vendor coordination, and resource allocation
  • Proven leadership and team management experience with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
  • Client-centric mindset with exemplary discretion, autonomy, proactivity, and strong sense of ownership
