Van Cleef & Arpels seeks 6-month internship assistant in hospitality & guest experience coordination (Paris). Full-time, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination of guest treatment approaches across events organized by the Maison, ensuring consistency across markets
- Collaborate with event teams to develop client experience strategies aligned with the Maison's brand values
- Create and maintain experience catalogues linked to thematic concepts and event objectives
- Develop operational tools and documentation for international teams and agency partners
- Conduct experience feedback analysis and environmental research for destinations and venues
- Participate in vendor negotiations and oversee contract management and vendor relationships
- Manage project budgets and maintain tracking of invoices, quotations, and confidentiality agreements
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; French language skills are advantageous
- Familiarity with or genuine interest in luxury hospitality, events management, or high jewelry sectors
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with systematic budget and administrative oversight

Education
