Richemont seeks a Senior Hospitality and Event Manager in Meyrin to lead corporate event operations and guest experience strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution across corporate and experiential initiatives
- Manage guest experience protocols and hospitality standards to ensure alignment with luxury brand positioning
- Lead and mentor the hospitality and events team, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail
- Develop and manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistical operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver seamless, high-impact events
- Monitor and evaluate event outcomes, gathering feedback and implementing continuous improvements
