Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold the Cartier Maison image and deliver consistent, excellent client experiences throughout the entire customer journey
- Manage waiting time by communicating approximate wait durations and engaging clients with storytelling about the Maison and boutique heritage
- Ensure smooth client flow and orientation within the boutique by assessing needs and responding promptly and positively to concerns
- Maintain high service standards and demonstrate initiative in supporting the team's collective success
