Richemont seeks High Jewelry Executive in Bangkok to lead luxury jewelry operations and strategic market development across Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business initiatives for the high jewelry portfolio across assigned markets
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, merchandising, marketing, and clienteling to drive brand excellence
- Oversee product selection, pricing strategy, and inventory management for luxury jewelry collections
- Build and cultivate relationships with key clients, VIPs, and institutional partners
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regional consumer behavior to inform business decisions
- Manage P&L performance and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
- Represent the brand at high-profile events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in luxury goods, high jewelry, or ultra-premium retail sectors
- Proven track record in executive leadership and P&L management
- Strategic business acumen with demonstrated success in market development
- Strong understanding of Asian luxury markets and consumer preferences
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Fluency in English required; additional Asian languages strongly preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10–15 years in luxury retail, jewelry, or premium goods sectors, with at least 5 years in an executive or director-level role managing teams and P&L responsibilities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, international business, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
