Richemont High Jewelry Executive role in Bangkok: manage high-end merchandising, sales performance, and luxury client development. Full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support achievement of High-End sales targets and operational excellence
- Prepare weekly and monthly High-End sales performance reports, dashboards, and commercial analysis
- Support client wishlist consolidation and product matching to identify business opportunities
- Conduct daily stock operations including Thai data labeling, stock transfer execution, sales declarations, and import/export processing
- Follow up on requests, returns, and stock deliveries with boutiques and Regional teams
- Ensure optimal high-end stock levels and monitor aging inventory in boutiques
- Coordinate product movements for photoshoots, training sessions, and High-End events
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delivery risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Regional teams on product information and availability to support recurring events and commercial objectives
- Support merchandising execution for local and overseas High-End events ensuring exceptional client experience
- Maintain strict confidentiality of High-End client information and commercial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Fashion Management, or similar field
- 2-3 years of working experience in a related field, or relevant internship experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and craftsmanship
Skills
Experience
2-3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, merchandising, operations, or business administration is required. Prior internship experience in a related field is welcomed.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Fashion Management, or equivalent discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Bangkok, Bangkok, Thailand.
