Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and timelines for high jewelry events from conception through execution
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables according to project specifications
- Support on-site coordination during events, including setup, guest management, and troubleshooting
- Prepare event documentation, briefing materials, and post-event reports
- Contribute to creative ideation and proposal development for new event concepts

- Event planning or project coordination experience
