Cartier High Jewelry Commercial Events Internship in Paris – 6-month project coordination role for commercial launches and international trade shows.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and hotel reservations for support teams (experts, visual merchandisers, stockists, runners) across high jewelry events
  • Prepare training materials, onboarding documentation, and commercial guidelines for sales and support teams
  • Develop market information documents in collaboration with high jewelry events team (event updates, kick-off materials, commercial rules, client communications, staff guidebooks)
  • Coordinate information integration into digital platforms and internal product tools (Plaza, Vitrine, token app, RFID systems)
  • Organize commercial seminars and roadshows for markets, sales teams, and retail staff
  • Manage support team oversight on-site: adjust attendance schedules, organize access badges, coordinate staff transport
  • Organize team-building activities and key commercial moments (displays, training sessions, fittings, handling protocols)
  • Oversee equipment management and logistics
  • Prepare post-event debriefs and experience reviews with all stakeholders
  • Track high jewelry regional initiative calendars with international regions
  • Monitor departmental travel and event budgets; identify and track event-related invoicing

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in business school or engineering school (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Project management capability with rigor and autonomy
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Discretion and professionalism in a luxury environment
  • Sensitivity to and knowledge of high jewelry preferred
