Cartier North America seeks a High Jewelry Client Coordinator in New York. Support VIP client development, events, and luxury watch allocations; $30–$34/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique network with daily retail needs, including in-depth client research, Wealth-X requests, and sales associate reassignments across the North American network
- Maintain and optimize the Salesforce database by initiating client reassignments, identifying relationships, merging accounts, verifying boutique relationships, and submitting multimarket validations
- Assist with creating and updating the high-end client development file while analyzing monthly sales data to identify new client acquisition opportunities
- Coordinate bespoke sponsorship initiatives for EIP, VVIP, and VIP clients by gathering regional submissions, updating tracking files, coordinating payments with the HE Experience Team, and analyzing results
- Arrange local and international VIP boutique tours and appointment requests in coordination with the HE Experience Team
- Manage high-end holiday gifting and cultural occasion campaigns by gathering client submissions and ensuring compliance with PII regulations
- Oversee allocation of high jewelry event books and arts and culture publications, gathering submissions, ensuring PII compliance, and confirming distribution across the retail network
- Assist with the HJ Client Book project, including creation, updates, and maintenance of archives and client publications
- Gather regional client data for local and international high jewelry and watch events while ensuring PII accuracy and managing project deadlines
- Manage the CVIP tool for client wishlists, approvals, client confirmations, private viewing schedules, and gala attendance
- Create comprehensive client biographies for event attendance and marketing purposes
- Provide on-site support for high jewelry client events as required
- Manage watch client submission forms and master tracking files, liaising with Client Engagement and Retail Partner teams to track results and analyze annual allocations
- Track daily watch requests across the network and assist with validation and resolution
- Assist with New Special Order (NSO) watch client allocation strategies, including form management, nomination gathering, multimarket validation, client arbitration, and project follow-up communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively within teams
- Genuine interest in luxury products, fashion, arts, and travel
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Spanish or French language skills preferred; additional languages are an asset

Experience
1–3 years of related experience in a professional setting, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods industry. Experience with high-net-worth client management, database administration, or luxury retail support is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
