Piaget seeks a High Jewellery Sales Manager for its Dubai boutique. Lead luxury retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee merchandising, financial management, and overall store management to achieve operational and sales performance objectives
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations including front-end, back-end, and sales floor activities
- Identify and address individual team development needs, implementing coaching and training programs to enhance capability and performance
- Develop and propose short- to medium-term work schedules, approving overtime and additional resources as necessary
- Set and manage performance objectives for direct reports, ensuring accountability through regular evaluation and corrective action
- Deliver and manage store budgets, conducting complex analyses on budget progress and variance
- Communicate the local action plan to align with function strategy and broader organizational mission, motivating the team to achieve business goals
- Identify products and services that best meet customer needs, using personal expertise to propose appropriate quantities and configurations
- Develop and implement customer contact plans to communicate product launches and engage potential customers in sales campaigns
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, resolving issues or escalating complex cases appropriately
- Follow and enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating workplace risks
- Identify risky behaviors within the team and escalate serious safety concerns as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level qualification
- Managerial experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes
- Proven ability to deal with complex situations and advise others effectively
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and high jewelry product knowledge
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management and budget accountability
