Richemont High Jewellery Sales Manager in Dubai – lead luxury sales operations and manage elite clientele in prestige fine jewellery retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-jewellery sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives
- Develop and execute luxury clienteling strategies to cultivate and retain UHNW clientele
- Direct business development initiatives and oversee the complete sales cycle for bespoke and signature collections
- Oversee inventory management and product positioning aligned with brand prestige standards
- Mentor and coach sales advisors on product knowledge, consultative selling, and luxury service protocols
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in luxury jewellery or ultra-premium retail sales leadership
- Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and closing significant transactions
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Fluency in English; Arabic and additional languages are advantageous

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline; equivalent experience in luxury jewellery retail leadership may substitute for formal tertiary qualification.
