Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in an immersive retail training programme focused on luxury client service, product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Support daily boutique operations including clienteling, welcoming clients, managing appointments and executing personalised service.
- Learn and apply brand visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring presentation and stock integrity.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures, assist with inventory counts, stock receiving and internal reporting.
- Contribute to client database maintenance and follow-up communications under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assist in boutique events and private client appointments, providing discreet, high-touch service.
Qualifications
- Motivation to build a career in luxury retail; strong interest in watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
