Richemont High-End Client Manager, London fixed-term contract—luxury clienteling role for ultra-premium customer relationship management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Provide personalized clienteling services and luxury brand consultation
- Coordinate exclusive shopping experiences and VIP access to collections
- Track client preferences, purchase history, and engagement metrics
- Achieve sales targets whilst prioritizing exceptional customer experience
- Represent the brand at exclusive events and private viewings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end clienteling
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with affluent clientele
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
