Richemont Health, Safety & Environment Specialist in Milan. Develop HSE policies and ensure regulatory compliance in luxury operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures
- Conduct workplace risk assessments and hazard identification
- Ensure compliance with Italian and EU health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Deliver safety training and induction programs for employees
- Investigate incidents and accidents; prepare reports and recommendations
- Monitor and promote sustainability initiatives and environmental best practices
- Collaborate with management and departments to address HSE concerns
- Maintain HSE documentation and records
Qualifications
- Professional HSE qualification or certification (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001)
- Proven experience in a similar HSE role within a manufacturing or luxury retail environment
- Knowledge of Italian and EU health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
