Richemont seeks Head of Talent for Northeast Asia based in Hong Kong. Lead regional talent acquisition, development, and strategy across luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and execute holistic talent strategies spanning talent acquisition, employer branding, and talent management aligned with global vision and regional priorities
  • Lead the annual Performance, Development, and Talent Cycle in partnership with HRBPs across Richemont functions and Maisons, facilitating meaningful performance management and career growth for all employees
  • Proactively build and nurture robust internal and external talent pools to secure top-tier talent while ensuring operational continuity and supporting long-term succession planning
  • Manage the Northeast Asia Talent Acquisition team, building a team of experts to support both Richemont corporate functions and Maison recruitment needs across all vacancy types
  • Develop and drive impactful regional and local employer branding strategy in collaboration with APAC and Group Employer Branding teams, partnering with universities and educational institutions
  • Lead external recruitment agency partnerships and conduct annual reviews, managing related agency spend and talent acquisition project budgets
  • Oversee tracking and implementation of talent acquisition KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Accelerate internal mobility by leading cross-Maison and cross-market talent exchange initiatives across Northeast Asia
  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to ensure alignment between development programs and evolving talent strategy
  • Provide strategic market trends and talent insights to senior leadership and the HR community to drive informed business decisions
  • Personally manage multiple critical recruitment cases annually for senior and strategic vacancies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-volume organizations
  • Strong knowledge of local employment practices and policies in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups across matrix organizations
  • Fluency in both strategic thinking and operational execution within fast-paced, multi-brand environments
  • Track record of driving business value through innovative and effective talent initiatives

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management roles. Experience in luxury retail environments is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated success leading talent teams and managing high-volume recruitment across diverse geographies and brands. Prior experience in Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan markets is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
