Richemont seeks Head of Talent for North East Asia, based in Hong Kong, to lead regional HR strategy and team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies for the North East Asia region
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional talent team across multiple markets
  • Drive talent development and succession planning initiatives across all Richemont brands in the region
  • Partner with operational leadership to align talent strategies with business priorities and commercial objectives
  • Establish and maintain employer branding programmes to attract top-tier talent to luxury retail and corporate functions
  • Oversee compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning in regional markets
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across North East Asia operations
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and HR best practices across all jurisdictions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR and talent management experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-market leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of leading successful talent acquisition and retention programmes in complex, multi-brand environments
  • Strong experience in luxury retail or premium consumer goods sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling talent teams
  • Deep understanding of employment law and labour practices across North East Asia, particularly China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
  • Experience with talent management systems and HRIS platforms

Experience

Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of leading high-performing teams, driving strategic talent initiatives, and managing HR functions across multiple countries and employment jurisdictions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced qualification such as an MBA or CIPD certification is advantageous.
