Richemont seeks Head of Sales France & BeLux in Paris — senior commercial leader to drive territory revenue, P&L and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for France and BeLux to achieve sales, margin and market-share objectives across channels.
- Own P&L performance for the territory; establish targets, forecasts and budgets in collaboration with finance and regional leadership.
- Manage and develop the territory sales organisation including recruitment, performance management, training and succession planning.
- Lead key account management and wholesale partnerships while ensuring consistency with brand positioning and selective distribution policies.
- Drive omnichannel initiatives and clienteling programmes in coordination with marketing, retail and CRM teams to optimise lifetime value.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and adjust commercial tactics.
- Collaborate with merchandising, product and operations teams to align assortments, inventory and promotional plans with market demand.
- Represent the company externally with strategic partners, trade associations and at industry events; ensure compliance with local regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership record in luxury goods sales with responsibility for national or multi-country territories (France and Benelux preferred).
- Demonstrable P&L stewardship and a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.
- Strong commercial acumen across wholesale, retail and e-commerce channels; experience negotiating with key accounts and distributors.
- Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership skills, with experience building high-performing commercial teams.
- Fluency in French and professional command of English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
- Availability to travel regularly within the territory.

Typically 8+ years in senior commercial roles within the luxury sector, including at least 4–5 years managing sales teams and responsibility for territory or national P&L (France/Benelux experience strongly preferred).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline; MBA or master's degree preferred.
