Richemont seeks Head of Retail Excellence in Meyrin to lead strategic retail operations and drive organizational excellence across the group's luxury portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute retail strategy aligned with group objectives and luxury market positioning
- Oversee performance management and KPI optimization across all retail channels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in customer experience and operational efficiency
- Lead and develop high-performing retail teams and management talent
- Establish and maintain brand standards and service excellence protocols
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and sales performance
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in luxury retail leadership or multi-brand retail operations
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing retail teams
- Strategic mindset with experience in driving operational improvements and profitability
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and omnichannel retail dynamics
- Excellent change management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity overseeing multi-brand or multi-regional retail operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
