Richemont Paris: Head of Ready-to-Wear Merchandising – Lead luxury RTW product strategy and portfolio management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandising strategy for the ready-to-wear category, balancing brand heritage with market demand
- Oversee assortment planning, including size runs, color palettes, and seasonal product mix across all distribution channels
- Analyze sales data, inventory trends, and market intelligence to optimize product performance and reduce markdowns
- Manage relationships with manufacturing partners and suppliers to ensure quality standards and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with design, creative, and retail teams to align product offerings with brand vision and consumer insights
- Monitor pricing architecture and promotional calendars to protect brand equity and margin integrity
- Lead quarterly business reviews and present performance metrics to executive stakeholders

- Extensive experience in luxury fashion merchandising, preferably at a multi-brand conglomerate

Experience

Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.
