Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and reinforce country procurement policies and guidelines in compliance with Richemont group standards
• Develop and refine procurement policies and procedures while monitoring effectiveness and compliance
• Collaborate with Finance and Internal Control departments to ensure Request-to-Pay processes align with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and manage procurement dashboards and KPIs to drive performance across process compliance, delegation of authority, and supplier qualification
• Establish procurement strategy on major categories including retail store fit-out, advertising, promotion, and general expenses in partnership with stakeholders and budget owners
• Lead major sourcing projects from RFP and tender through delivery, optimizing supplier selection and sourcing strategies
• Identify and implement opportunities to drive efficiency, synergy, and cost savings within local and regional operations
• Ensure supplier qualification and maintain conflict-free relationships aligned with Richemont group guidelines, including Supplier Code of Conduct and factory audits
• Manage relationships with major local and global suppliers to foster long-term, sustainable partnerships
• Represent the Procurement function in management meetings and provide key measurement statistics and analysis on procurement activities
• Lead and develop a small team, defining job scope, KPIs, and objectives with regular performance review and annual appraisals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within a luxury or multinational corporate environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement strategies across multiple categories
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex RFP and tender processes
• Experience in supplier relationship management and vendor performance optimization
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks, legal and regulatory requirements in international procurement
• Team leadership and people development experience

Skills

Experience

7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or manager position managing procurement functions and teams in a multinational or luxury goods environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
