Richemont seeks an experienced Head of Procurement in Seoul to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the procurement function across all categories and suppliers
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and cost optimization targets
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with terms and service levels
- Lead procurement team, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor procurement metrics, budget variance, and expenditure across divisions
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related field
- Proven track record of leading procurement functions and managing large-scale sourcing initiatives
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and cost analysis
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
- Understanding of luxury goods supply chains and supplier networks preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of procurement or supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function role; experience within the luxury goods sector or multinational organizations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related discipline; MBA or advanced procurement certification (APICS, CIPS) is preferred.
