Richemont seeks a Head of Operations — KSA in Riyadh to lead retail operations across Saudi Arabia for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the operations strategy for Richemont maisons across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligning local execution with group standards and commercial objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence across retail stores including store standards, client experience, inventory accuracy, cash & stock controls, and after‑sales service.
  • Lead planning and delivery for store openings, relocations and refurbishments, coordinating cross‑functional teams (retail, visual merchandising, logistics, legal, HR).
  • Oversee logistics and supply‑chain coordination within KSA, ensuring optimal stock flow, timely replenishment and compliance with customs and local regulation.
  • Implement KPI frameworks and governance for operational performance, cost control, and risk mitigation; present regular performance reports to regional leadership.
  • Recruit, develop and mentor operations teams and store leadership; establish training, succession and talent‑development programmes to raise consistency across the network.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, local vendors and external service providers, negotiating contracts and supervising service delivery to brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership record in luxury retail operations, preferably within multi‑brand or multi‑maison environments.
  • Demonstrable experience managing store networks and complex projects (openings, refurbishments) in the GCC or Saudi market.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities across commercial, finance, HR and property teams.
  • Analytical approach to performance metrics and budget control combined with a hands‑on attitude for retail execution.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and work non‑standard hours during store events and openings.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in luxury retail operations with several years in a senior or regional operations role. Proven experience in the GCC or Saudi market and track record of delivering store programmes and operational improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
