Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the marketing strategy for specialty and high‑end product ranges, aligning brand positioning with commercial objectives and maison heritage.
  • Lead cross‑functional programmes across product, retail, communications, digital and CRM to deliver cohesive go‑to‑market plans and category growth.
  • Own launch planning for flagship products and limited editions, including storytelling, pricing support, channel activation and KPI definition.
  • Manage external agency relationships and internal stakeholders, ensuring creative excellence, on‑time delivery and budgetary discipline.
  • Monitor market intelligence and client insights to shape assortment, personalization and clienteling initiatives for ultra‑premium segments.
  • Set and oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics and ROI analysis, reporting to senior management and adjusting strategy as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven senior leadership experience in luxury marketing or high‑value consumer categories, with responsibility for premium product offers.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully planning and executing launches for high‑end or limited‑edition products.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and measuring campaign ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑departmental collaboration skills at regional and global levels.
  • Fluent strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand heritage into contemporary client experiences.

Experience

Education

Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field.
