Richemont seeks a Head of Internal Communications in Dubai to lead employee engagement, executive counsel and global internal comms strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a global internal communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and brand positioning, tailored for the Middle East and regional markets.
- Lead and line‑manage the internal communications team and external agencies, setting priorities, KPIs and budgets.
- Act as senior counsel to the executive committee and brand leaders on employee engagement, executive communications and change programmes.
- Design and oversee content for all internal channels (intranet, email, newsletters, leadership videos, townhalls, Yammer/Workplace) to ensure consistent tone and brand alignment.
- Own major internal campaigns including organisational change, cultural initiatives, talent programmes and crisis communications response.
- Develop measurement frameworks and report on engagement, reach and impact, iterating strategy on evidence and stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate closely with HR, corporate affairs, sustainability and regional teams to ensure integrated messaging and alignment with employer brand.
- Manage production of editorial, multimedia and event assets, ensuring high editorial standards and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably within a multinational luxury, retail or professional services environment.
- Track record advising C‑suite executives and leading change communications at scale.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous editorial standards.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to influence cross‑functional senior leaders.
- Experience managing external agencies and internal production workflows, including budget oversight.
- Ability to define and measure communications KPIs and present insights to senior leadership.
Skills
Experience
Senior communications leader with typically 8–12+ years’ progressive experience, including multi‑market and matrix operating environments; prior exposure to luxury, retail or consumer brands and to running regional or global programmes is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field; master’s degree or advanced executive qualification preferred.
