Richemont seeks a Regional Head of Internal Communications in Dubai to lead strategic corporate messaging across the MEIAT region. Full-time role reporting to CEO.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional internal communication strategy, ensuring alignment across all audience touchpoints and cultural nuances
  • Advise the CEO and Executive Committee on leadership communication, including speaking engagements and message cascades
  • Lead regional crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination
  • Oversee HR internal communications and act as the primary regional contact for Group Corporate Communications in Geneva
  • Provide expert communication advice and strategic support to MEIAT market teams and their leadership
  • Coordinate the Richemont Strategic Action Plan across the region

Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of professional experience in communications, PR, or corporate environments, preferably within luxury or multinational settings
  • Commanding written and verbal fluency in both English and Arabic
  • Deep understanding of the MEIAT region's cultural, political, and economic landscape
  • Exceptional strategic acumen and leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in crisis management and digital proficiency
  • Highly collaborative, resilient, innovative, with refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury brands
