Richemont seeks Head of HR for Cartier Oceania (Sydney) to lead strategic HR initiatives across Australia and New Zealand for 180+ employees.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategy for Cartier Oceania in alignment with global Cartier and Richemont objectives
  • Drive strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives, anticipating future talent needs and building effective retention strategies
  • Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team on all HR matters and key business decisions
  • Champion organizational design and development initiatives to foster high-performing, agile and sustainable operations
  • Oversee salary benchmarking exercises, compensation analysis and annual salary and bonus review processes
  • Manage headcount, personnel cost planning and budgeting to ensure strategic resource allocation
  • Lead the implementation of comprehensive Learning and Development agendas aligned with business objectives and global frameworks
  • Manage the organizational and talent review process to ensure robust talent identification, assessment and development planning
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive and productive work environment
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances and conflict resolution
  • Coach and empower line managers in effective employee management and disciplinary processes
  • Oversee visa and immigration matters for employees ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Lead key HR projects and initiatives at Group, Headquarters and Regional levels
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and trends, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role or with full spectrum of human resources functions
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR and L&D initiatives that drive business results
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing and communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with ability to translate business challenges into practical HR solutions
  • High level of integrity, discretion and personal accountability
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written

Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
