Richemont Head of Group Insurance – Bellevue. Lead strategic insurance and risk management across the global luxury conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the group's comprehensive insurance strategy and risk management framework
- Oversee procurement, negotiation, and management of global insurance policies across all business lines
- Monitor and optimise insurance coverage, deductibles, and retention levels to balance risk and cost
- Manage insurance claims processes and liaise with brokers and underwriters
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards across all jurisdictions
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on insurance performance and emerging risks
- Lead and mentor the insurance and risk management team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, risk management, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate or group insurance management
- Proven expertise in international insurance procurement and claims administration
- Strong understanding of luxury sector risk profiles and regulatory environments
- Experience managing large, complex insurance programmes across multiple geographies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Education
