Cartier (Richemont) seeks a Head of FP&A in Seoul — senior finance leader responsible for regional budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and own all FP&A activities for Cartier Korea: budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, long-range planning and rolling forecasts.
- Produce and present management reporting and insightful variance analysis to regional leadership and Richemont group stakeholders.
- Partner with commercial, retail and supply chain leaders to translate strategy into financial plans and KPIs; provide commercial decision support.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity models to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation and pricing decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, financial systems and reporting automation (ERP/BI integration).
- Manage, mentor and develop a small regional finance team; establish strong governance, controls and documentation consistent with group standards.
- Coordinate consolidation and ad hoc analysis required by HQ, audits and regulatory reporting where applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in FP&A within a multinational environment; prior experience in luxury, retail, consumer goods or related sectors strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable success delivering budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for a regional or country P&L.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; experience interacting with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP and BI tools and ability to drive systems improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
- Fluency in English; Korean language skills advantageous for local stakeholder engagement.

Senior finance professional with approximately 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including multiple years leading FP&A or finance teams in a regional or country role; experience in luxury retail or consumer goods preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline; MBA or professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
Workplace
