Richemont seeks Head of FP&A in Milan to lead financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis across Italy and Greece; EUR 80K–90K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for Italy and Greece, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution of Group objectives
- Review and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to identify variances, implement corrective actions, and communicate performance clearly to the Finance Director
- Drive strategic business partnering through financial analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights that optimize profitability and support key business initiatives
- Provide comprehensive financial modeling and analysis for capital investment projects, evaluating feasibility, returns, and strategic impact
- Champion continuous improvement and automation within FP&A processes, leveraging advanced modeling and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity
- Support financial governance and compliance by collaborating with accounting, tax, and compliance teams, ensuring alignment between business decisions and financial reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team of seven people, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth
- Build and maintain robust relationships with the Finance Director, supporting functions' directors, maisons' management, and key internal stakeholders to influence strategic decisions
- Demonstrate transparency and courage by proactively communicating critical financial insights and challenging positions when necessary
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive global experience in FP&A or Financial Controlling
- Minimum 7-8 years in senior management positions within multinational organizations
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence with quantifiable results
- Demonstrated expertise in leading finance transformation initiatives, including process standardization and automation
- Significant experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing finance teams in multi-entity or international environments
- Experience in the luxury, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods sectors

Experience
10-15+ years of progressive global experience in FP&A or Financial Controlling, with a minimum of 7-8 years in senior management positions within multinational organizations. International work experience is highly recommended. Proven expertise in leading finance transformation initiatives and developing high-performing teams in multi-entity environments. Track record of delivering significant, quantifiable financial results in the luxury, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods sectors.
Education
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is essential. Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are highly advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 80,000 to EUR 90,000 per annum.
