Richemont Head of Experiences role in Dubai. Lead premium brand experiences and client engagement across MEIAT.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of experiential programming and client engagement initiatives across MEIAT markets
- Oversee the design and delivery of premium brand experiences, VIP events, and personalized client journeys
- Develop and implement cross-brand experience frameworks that enhance brand positioning and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with regional leadership and maison teams to ensure consistency and excellence in experience delivery
- Manage experience budgets, ROI analysis, and performance metrics aligned with regional commercial objectives
- Build and mentor a team of experience professionals and external partners to execute world-class programs
- Identify emerging trends in luxury client engagement and implement innovative activation strategies
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in luxury brand management or high-end client services
- Proven track record in designing and executing premium experiential programs or events
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate market insights into compelling experience concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L and budgets effectively
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of MEIAT regional markets and consumer preferences
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, retail, brand management, or experiential marketing. Proven success establishing and scaling client experience programs in international markets, ideally with exposure to MEIAT regions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent professional qualifications in luxury management preferred.
